Nasal Breathing is one of the 4 main goals for Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. Nasal hygiene is very important in accomplishing this goal. Using the Buteyko Breathing method, individuals will learn how to breathe properly through their nose for overall wellness and stress relief. This additional therapy will be incorporated within the current program based on the needs of each individual.
